I agree. This is the best way to do things. Twinked out players have an unfair advantage in the arena and make it harder for honest teams to win. Either reduce the effective level of items to something reasonable or prohibit (SP?) people that are twinked out from entering the arena. Rushing for PvE is one thing, rushing for PvP is another. Twinkers/Rushers also get more faction points since their PC's are better protected (my El's flares only did 27% damage versus some guys) and may have more skill choices.
